It was bad weather today at CH Oosterwolde, but that was not a problem for Danny Boy (by Sunny Boy). The scores ( 191 en 198 points , ca. 65%) satisfied rider/owner Ellen Wynia . For Ellini (by Westpoint) the weathter was a problem. It was their debut at Z1 level, but an embrella was opened just next to Ellini (how stupid !) and just before entering the showground. Ellini was in a split second so afraid that rider Cecile Smit stopped the test. The second test was better, but not good enough for a winningpoint. We were the licensee for OCTANORM for more than 25 years. And Boter Reclamemakers was one of our clients. We did business with founder Peter Boter in the beginning and later on with his son Michel Boter. After retiring Peter began to make more and more picures. And he makes beautiful pictures........ even from my horse Espoir d' Usance at CH Eext 1.30m ....
The oldets three children are compeeting at shows and they all started last weekend.
Friday evening Gypsy d' Usance made her debut at CH Eext (80cm) with two clear rounds and she came second and fourth. Yesterday Art d' Usance came second after two clear rounds at 1.50m at CSI Chepstow. And today Espoir d' Usance had two clear rounds, one at 1.20m and one at 1.30m level at CH Eest. Mother Usance can be proud !!! And I am proud of this mare. Maurice Stevens and Espoir d' Usance had a clear round at 1.20m and they came 8th. And they had a clear round at 1.30m (not placed). So.... very well done . Espoir d' Usance is only 6 years old and already compeeting at 1.30m level. Two clear rounds at 1.50m Chepstow and only 0,2 seconds too slow in the jump off ........ Art d' Usance came second . Well done Emma Slater and Art d' Usance and congratulations.
