Rider / owner Ellen Wynia came fourth with homebred Danny Boy (by Sunny Boy out of our broodmare Nini) with 66.7% in the M2 dressagetest at CH Tolbert. Well done.
He was only 2 weeks old when his new owner was so interested that he bought our Maestro d' Ellini (Fursten Look x Ellini by Westpoint).
Last saturday he moved to his new stable. We wish his new owner a lot of luck and we hope he will have a nice time and later on a beautiful career. Like 2016 Maurice Stevens was present at CH Appingedam with Gypsy d' Usance (1.30m) and Espoir d' Usance.
Gypsy d' Usance jumped very well, but was a little bit unlucky. She had two down. She jumped very well again in the small final but was not placed. Espoir d' Usance was the star of the evening. With a fast and clear first round in the afternoon he came 5th. And he was clear in the Grand Prix of Appingedam and were very fast but with one down in the jump off. He came second. Congratulations rider Maurice Stevens. Some days later there was again a CH Exloo. 3 kids of our broodmare Usance were present.
Henri d' Usance (by Clinton) with rider / owner Karim Fares had one down at 1.20m . Rider Maurice Stevens went to Exloo with Gypsy d' Usance and Espoir d Usance as a kind of a traininground. They jumped well, but were not placed. On october 11, 2017 Gypsy d' Usance and Espoir d' Usance both jumped very well with their rider Maurice Stevens. Gypsy came second at 1.30m and Espoir came first at 1.30m . Very well done.
It was quite a long time ago that Danny Boy (by Sunny Boy out of our late broodmare Nini elite sport by Belisar) performed on a show. He (and his rider / owner Ellen Wynia) was placed at M2 level.
Two kids of our broodmare Usance performed at Outdoor Tolbert. The weather was very bad during the show.
Gypsy d' Usance ( by Namelus R) with rider Maurice Stevens jumped these days very well at 1.30m, but was not placed. Espoir d' Usance jumped with his rider Maurice Stevens 3 days 1.40m . The first day they had one down. The second day they were double clear and placed and got a ticket for the Grand Prix of Tolbert with experienced competitors (1.50 / 1.60m combinations). For our young horse , jumping for the first time such a big course, it was quite a job, but he jumped very well and gave a very good feeling to his rider. So it did not care he had 3 down. It was very well done. |
